Jackson’s 5th Birthday Party: Lego Superheros (last year)!

Jackson is turning six years old next month, and I realized that I never even posted pictures from his birthday party  last year! I barely had time to blog at all last year because our life was so consumed with the remodel. Jackson was (and still is) a lego fanatic, but he was all about the superhero lego sets last year, which made for a great birthday theme. I’m pretty proud of the way it turned out, so I’m documenting it here! I’ll get pictures from Finley’s birthday parties posted at some point. Better late than never, I guess.

Party Favors! These are Gerber jars that we painted as Lego heads. The kids painted their own faces on them.

The kids had a great time playing some Superhero-themed games, including a Spiderman piñata, a bean-bag toss, and an egg hunt.

A special thank you to my sister-in-law, Malia for contributing her artistic talent, and to my cousin, Frances, for being our photographer for the day!
